The brief
The homepage should explain which properties the company can assess. Specific services and a straightforward next step are more useful than generic cleanliness promises.
Web design concept / Fictional brand
A website study for commercial cleaning: clear service areas, an understandable process and a focused property enquiry provide the structure.

01 / Before the first pixel
The homepage should explain which properties the company can assess. Specific services and a straightforward next step are more useful than generic cleanliness promises.
Facilities managers, practice managers and local businesses need a suitable service scope and reliable contact information. Short overviews should support an initial assessment without specialist knowledge.
Services, property types, process, company and enquiry would be possible main areas. The actual service region and contact availability need to be visible without implying nonexistent locations.
The proposed homepage structure
This is how the homepage could lead from a first impression to a relevant enquiry. The sequence is a concept to be refined around your actual content.
A bright office scene with cleaners at work establishes context. A short statement and clear link lead directly to the service areas.
Offices, practices and shared stairwells are presented as different property types. The actual scope would be agreed with the cleaning company in each case.
A short overview could explain a site visit, scope agreement and regular service. Specific commitments must reflect the company’s actual workflow.
Property type, location, approximate area and intended frequency prepare a conversation. A binding quotation follows the necessary assessment.

Subpage study / Fictional concept
A dedicated office cleaning page could explain the service and process clearly. Visitors can judge whether it fits their premises and what details would help with an enquiry.

Services / Office cleaning
A concept for clear service information and a relevant property enquiry.
02 / The design decisions
Off-white, cobalt and powder blue define the design. A daylight scene with cleaners in a glazed office shows the work, with three image sections below organising property types. The fictional image study does not represent an actual team or client property.

An accessible sans-serif such as Outfit could provide the foundation. Clear size differences and generous spacing organise services and contact routes. IBM Plex Mono could supplement individual section labels.
#f5f7f4#234cba#cbdfee#243b4bA precise grid makes service areas easy to compare. Icons need text labels, and essential contact details should remain outside images. Mobile layouts would prioritise the enquiry journey over decorative detail.

03 / From idea to website
The study shows how services, property types and an enquiry could come together on a website. The controls in the design are part of a fictional concept; the project enquiry on this page concerns web design.
A future property enquiry could ask for building type, location, area and cleaning frequency. Conditional fields would only be useful if they improve the initial assessment. Booking would require an agreed site-visit process.
