This website is a personal portfolio providing information about technical service fields around infrastructure, SQL Server, backup, AI tools, reporting, and automation. Personal data is processed only where required to operate and secure the website, handle contact requests, or meet legal obligations.

No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, takes place.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is provided through Vercel. When it is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, HTTP status code, browser and operating-system information, and referrer.

Processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain technical stability and security, and diagnose errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of this website.

4. Contact by email

If you contact me by email, the data you provide is processed to handle your request. This includes your email address, message, and any additional information you provide voluntarily.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request concerns pre-contractual or contractual communication. In all other cases the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is handling and answering requests.

The data is deleted once the request has been completed and no statutory retention obligation or legitimate interest requires continued storage.

5. Cookies, browser storage, and tracking

The public content pages do not use analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies. They do not load external fonts, maps, newsletter tools, or embedded social-media widgets.

The cinematic scroll journey is controlled entirely in the browser. Progress and settings are not stored, and the film contains no audio. Under the current implementation, a cookie banner is not required because no analytics or marketing technology requiring consent is used.

This website contains links to external services such as LinkedIn and Xing. When you follow these links, you leave this website. The respective platform operator is responsible for processing data there.

7. SSL/TLS encryption

This website is delivered over HTTPS. Data transmitted between your browser and this website is therefore encrypted in transit.

8. Storage period
